GB Studio 4.2 Beta - Revert Top Down 2D

I was having a problem with GB Studio 4.2 Beta with "On Interact" having some conflict with "On Player Hit" scripts in Top Down 2d 8px grid so I've created a merged topdown.c that carries over the majority of the code from 4.1.3 that is compatible with 4.2 Beta that seems to have fixed my problems.
